> I understand that by getting this ticket I will be added to JBF Woodbury's email and mobile phone list and that my ticket will come to this email address. I understand that opt-out options will be included in any emails and/or text messages.
> Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. I grant to JBF and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs/videos of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release JBF and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs/videos. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the photographer.
> Safety. I understand that safety is a first priority for every JBF Franchisee. I agree that at all times while at the sale that I am solely responsible for my own safety. I agree to watch for, avoid, and report any and all unsafe conditions of which I become aware. I agree that I will, immediately upon entering the Sale, and will continuously thereafter, inspect the Area which I enter and further warrant that, if at any time I feel unsafe, I will immediately inform JBF Franchisee or its designated representative and if necessary will leave the Sale.
>The activities of this event have risks, including certain risks which are inherent. Inherent risks are those which cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the event and the means by which the purpose of the event is achieved. I specifically assume all risks associated with my attendance and / or participation at the sale event.
> You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBF Franchise System, Inc. and JBF Woodbury and its respective representatives.
